NOTE 8 – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUED LIABILITIES
The Company had accounts payable and accrued liabilities of $581,765 and $432,260 at May 31, 2017 and May 31, 2016, respectively, consisting of legal fees, consulting fees and other trade payables.
