Note 20 – Related Party Transactions On July 22, 2019, the Company issued 500,000 shares of common stock to Ben Sillitoe, Chief Executive Officer of CLS Nevada, in connection with his employment agreement. On July 22, 2019, the Company issued 50,000 shares of common stock to Don Decatur, Chief Operating Officer of CLS Nevada, in connection with his employment agreement. As of May 31 2019 and 2018, the Company had accrued salary due to Michael Abrams, a former officer of the Company prior to his September 1, 2015 termination, in the amount of $16,250. |
